We offer a prototyping service for the purposes of range development, which allows you to perfect your designs before committing to full scale production. Because the majority of the items we produce are made completely to your specifications, this is carried out before bulk production commences and the sample is sent to you in image form, or if you prefer, physically posted to you for approval. At this stage you can make minor design amendments to ensure your final products are exactly as you want them.

The duration of the sampling phase can vary depending on the specific requirements of the product, typically it can be completed within 10-15 weekdays. We will always meet your time requirements and support your design throughout the entire sampling process.

For bulk production, the lead time from sample confirmation is approximately 25-30 weekdays. Due to the varying design and quantity requirements of each product, the time may also differ. We understand that some clients have urgent time requirements, and we will always strive to meet these demands. Generally, the lead time is shorter than the time mentioned above. Providing clear design information helps us evaluate the construction and prepare the sample more accurately.

Yes. Fabric, GSM, color, measurements, and fit can be developed according to your product requirements. Depending on the garment, we can work with different fabric compositions and structures. Pantone references, measurement charts, or approved samples can also be used as references during product development.

Yes. We support private label customization for bulk orders. Options can include main labels, size labels, care labels, hang tags, branded trims, garment bags, and other packaging requirements. These details should be confirmed before bulk production so they can be prepared together with the garments.

We can support different customization methods depending on the garment, fabric, artwork, and required effect. Common options include screen printing, DTF printing, heat transfer, and embroidery. Send us your artwork and placement requirements, and we can recommend a suitable method for your design.

We check important production details against the confirmed sample and specifications, including fabric, measurements, workmanship, logo placement, labels, and finishing. Quality checks are carried out during production and before packing to help maintain consistency across the bulk order.

You can send us your tech pack, design files, reference images, size chart, fabric requirements, colors, logo artwork, quantity, and customization details. If you do not have a complete tech pack, you can still send clear reference images and explain the changes you want. We can review the information before moving to sampling.
